Urgent Problems

If you have an urgent medical problem and you do not have a booked appointment, arrangements will be made for you to be seen by a Doctor as soon as possible. You may be asked to see the Practice Nurse initially to assess the urgency of your problem.

Appointment Notes

  • The appointment system has both pre-bookable and same day appointments available every day. Same day appointments will only be released at the beginning of each day.
  • Patients who need to be seen urgently will be seen as quickly as medically necessary, but will have to see whichever doctor is available.
  • Please give as much detail of your problem as you can, so that the receptionist can arrange a suitable appointment.
  • Please notify reception as soon as possible if you have to cancel an appointment.
  • Each appointment is scheduled to last 10 minutes.
